As part of our training Bernie and I cycled 54 miles from Albrighton (near Telford) in a loop.  Here is (I hope) a screenshot of the map showing our route.

If this works then it will be a miracle but I will believe it when it is up on the site.

It was good to get back on the bikes and feel the weight of the trailers.  On the flat they were no trouble at all but going uphill there were the usual twinges as we felt the slopes.  Which brings me to the best named road of the day:
