Well it is 2 weeks to go before we fly to Venice to set out on the next leg of this “interesting” journey.  We are off for a training ride today and the weather is fine

A few days ago we had the delight of Warmshowers hosting Jeb and Mike, 2 brilliant lads from the USA who were cycling from Dublin to Istanbul – but far faster than we plan to cycle.  Good luck to them both (and the third member of the trio who took the train and thus missed Bewdley in the sunshine).  Their blog is at http://irelandtoistanbul.com/
